The conference offers a range of registration options including rates for members, students, and to make conference access as equitable as possible, reduced registration costs for those residing in low, lower middle, upper middle-income economies. Day registrations are also offered, however, must be paid in advance at the time of registration, since there is no facility to pay on the day.

  • To receive members rates you must be a current member of either IAIR or IACCP and show evidence of such. You can sign up for membership at each organisation’s websites.
  • Reduced rates for those currently living in a non-high-income country follow the World Bank classification – see the World Bank FAQ page. If you think you are eligible for this discounted rate you will be required to provide evidence of current residency status in the registration form. Those who do not provide this information will be ineligible to register with these rates.
  • Student rates apply to current students studying at an educational institute. Students from a non-high-income country or currently residing in a non-high-income country are also eligible for an additional reduced rate. If you think you are eligible for this discounted rate you will be required to provide evidence of enrolment student status in the registration form. Those who do not provide this information will be ineligible to register with these rates.

Payment processing will be handled through the University of Queensland's online portal. Fees for processing through the system are included in registration fees. However, you may check with your bank whether you are charged currency conversion fees as payments are only accepted in Australian dollars (as indicated in the table). After the payment has been processed, you will be redirected back to the conference website.
